This set consists of Elysee Ballpoint Pen and matching Mechanical Pencil in a Pelikan brown leather case. I believe the pen and pencil set are Parthenon, but not sure, as I do not have the original box, they were an estate find and were in the leather case included. The pen and pencil are black lacquer with gold trim, including 4 stripes that extend the length.
